Q. I've been trying to 'Store images' in PC Suite, as I've done several times before, but now the utility just comes up with 'Error communicating with phone'. What's wrong?

A. Yes, it's an unhelpful error, isn't it? This usually happens for the simple reason that Gallery on the S60 device is running and currently holding open one of the files you're trying to backup (and delete). Switch to Gallery on the smartphone, back out of the image or video clip and use 'Exit'. Now try the 'Store images' function again - it should work fine!
