Q. How can I fast forward and rewind videos in RealPlayer?

A. Press and hold either up (for forward) or down (for back) on the navigator key. You'll see the time index start to skip fast in the right direction. Note that after resuming playback there's sometimes a second or two of 'funny' frames until the next MPEG key frame is found.
