Q. How can I tell which firmware version my Sony Ericsson P990i has?

A. In flip-closed mode, press 'More' and then 'Status'. Scroll down and look at the 'Phone' and 'Organizer' numbers, specifically the last five characters. Compare these version identifiers with those you'll see in the forums!
