How do I recalibrate my touchscreen?

Q. How do I recalibrate the touchscreen on my smartphone? Some of the taps get mis-registered!

A. On the Nokia N97 mini and other S60 5th Edition phones, there is a way, although it's rather hidden. Go to Settings>Phone>Touch input and then scroll to the very bottom, you'll see 'Touch screen calibration'. You'll then need to find a stylus (or cocktail stick, or similar) to tap on the corner points as needed, as accurately as possible.
