Photo access error

Q. When using Image Store (in PC Suite) to try and copy off all my photos, I'm getting 'Error communicating with phone'. I've tried restarting both the phone and the PC, to no avail!

A. Well done for trying the restarts, but as there's still a problem, there's only one possible culprit. Have a look through your images and videos in Gallery – are there any which show a 'broken' icon? Although a corrupt file won't cause a problem on the smartphone (apart from not actually being able to be viewed), it really screws up PC Suite's Image Store.

Simply delete the 'broken' image in Gallery and then all will be well.
