How can i send Ringtones via IR to 8310 etc ???

You can send the tones only via sms to the newer nokia phones.

office=>File Explorer=>c:\Documents=>TONES=> MENU=>FILE=> SEND=> ViaInfrared

Or Whetever you got Ring Files folder file...send..via infrared

yea i know that but as Symbian said i cannot sent via infrared to newer Nokia phones

The answer is: "NO MATTER WHAT, YOU CANT!!!"
The reason is: its simply fucked up. some ppl say its because of the gprs thingy... well i dont know... :roll:
