when i want to active the bluetooth on the 7650, the phone gave me an error. i have reboot the phone and also an hard reboot, but nothing append. any idea ? thx so much

Send it to your nearest nsc. It is a terry common problem. Usually a firmware upgrade solves the problem. If not they will replace your 7650 with a new one (assuming it is still under waranty)

Send it to your nearest Nokia Service Center, they'll fix it, or give you a new one. I think that's what GhostDog was saying 😊
Well,that is the only solution i know of,except the universal throw in the wall.That will fix it permanently. 😃
I had the same problem with my first 3650. I just returned the phone to the store where i got it and exchanged it with another 3650 with the latest firmware. I agree with them. You just need a firmware upgrade.
