i just made an oplogo for my 7650 but i cant delete it i want my service providers name back if anyone can help me about this matter i will be happpy
oplogo
Why can you not delete it, what have you tried doing, what error message if any do you get?
Help us to help you...
Goto c:\system\apps\phone\oplogo
You will see a .bmp file, thats what you need to delete and then reboot - it won't change untill you have rebooted.
If you get an error when you try to delete it then it is probably flagged as 'read only'
Look up options or settings depending on the program you use and uncheck 'read only' you should then be able to delete it.
Give the phone a reboot and the default network logo should come back.
Best 😊

Willbrady,
I've downloaded the trial of eFileManager and the only files I get in C: is 101 and Nokia - no sign of system (that's on D: but only has a Temp folder in it).
Am I doing anything wrong?
Jimmy
jimmyp, download my FileExplorer, last version (dwl the beta) allows to delete read/only files if this flag is on and it's free.
you can get it at www.gosymbian.com
Hope this help,
Domi.
FExplorer to the rescue again! 😃
Great work by the way Domi, congrats on the public relaese of 1.10! 8)

Cheers for the application Domi - nice work.
However, I still haven't got a Phone folder within Apps. Is it something to do with the firmware I've got - v3.16.
Jimmy
Just create one jimmy. put you oplogos in there, use the 'setting as oplogo function' and away you go! 😊

Lee, my friend, you are a star. It works a treat.
Cheers,
