after I installed Realplayer.sis, the application failed to appear in the Menu.
then I uninstalled it, but when I tried to delete it from inbox I got a message " already in use"
how to delete?

Use SeleQ or another file explorer. Then go to the c:\system\mail and make a search to find it (try *.sis). Finally delete it.
Power off....POwer on...delete ! Maybe that will help!
