cannot get high speed dial up to work

I have a dial up account with earthlink which handles speed up to 56.6.

each time, i select analog and high speed, my p800 would say 'call cannot be answered'.
any reasons why my p800 does not let me dial with high speed dial?

Try setting it to ISDN, it worked for me on Orange (Forgot to set it back after fiddling and added a fiver to my bill :roll:

I tried the same thing, this was because, the serve have to support, mobile incoming calls. Not as normal ISDN, sadly. One of the ISP in Denmark didn't support it. It was Get2Net (owned by Tele2)

But i solved the problem, by changing ISP. So now my High Speed works free of charge 😊

I am in the US. Any isp provider that will handle high speed calls?
with earthlink, I tried both analog and Isdnm they both do not work.

I Use TDC and Telmore for Phone service
