Nokia Phoenix software does give the option to upgrade firmware over Bluetooth!

Not sure if this applies for the NHL-2NA model (7650) or whether it needs a 'special' BT adapter to work.

nope.

also for 3650 i'm under the impression you have to open up the faceplate to do it because when my phone was reflashed into English the shop selling it stuck a sticker on the side preventing me from ever changing faceplates. Of course me being the personalizer I am have already removed the seal..
