How to remove favorites icons?

I bought my phone in Vodafone and it comes with icons in favorites non removeble. I tried to Find them with FExplorer but unsucesfully.

But folder c:\system\favorites is empty! And my favorites is full off vodafone stuff i never use (13 icons). What soft to use to see hidden files?

They are not hidden. They are on your Z: drive and cannot be deleted, because they come with your firmware. Only way to get rid of them is to use a provider independent firmware. But is an upgrade for just this purpose worth it? I doubt....

Thx. Question about firmware update. Do u lose any data whan u update firmware? I have many apps. Mine is 4.37 and it hangs up lot. Friend bought newer one, and it works better.

The favorites are on your Z Drive. Part of firmware so not using any of your user memory. They are put there by your Service provider.
