I want a phone but the 3650 is not wot i thought it would be it looks rubbish cheap and has rubbish colours when is the next big nokia comin out and does it have the same functions???

Thats an old phone, its a CDMA phone, its been out for a while
Its not even a Nokia phone.. its made by a Korean company for Korean market with Nokia menu and branding. The Japanese Nokia phones are really unpopular but by our non-Japanese-mobile standards they look so damn cool www.nokia.co.jp.
As for the Nokia flip phones.. theres the flip keyboard 6800 and only a matter of time before they release a series 60 phone in the 8xxx series which will be slidey/elegant/expensive.
Yeah, I think a flip phone looks really good! I can't wait for nokia to make one with the symbian, bluetooth, etc.!
