i am sorry but Launcher it's very good, and Skin Editor too ...
And the default Menu Task it's killed with launcher, so the apps running at the same time are the same, just the Launcher and the Telephone.
I already changed 25 icons and i use custom background for menu..
It's nice to put any text label to any app, like Doris Browser now it's just Web hehe! 😊 ... and IM+ ... to me is MSN now hehe!
all the icon pack plus the background plus the Launcher running are just using 190kb. of mem ...
And the speed and looking are great...
The only thing that IconPacker by J2K does that Launcher is not , it's to show the custom icon upper left when the app with new icon is running.
Anyway J2k app it's freeware...

ready (i mean you find the image, rescale , etc) then
with Skin Editor it�s really fast to make the change...

i dont like launcher and skin editor it sucks. it countinuosly giving errors while I want to use icon option and the way it works is not good. but from the hands of a creator everything looks great 😊

I don't know why you are getting errors...
May be you have installed another app that is not compatible with Launcher or something... that i don't have it.
in other way i don't understand why you said that Launcher Sucks...
Work perfect to me.. By the way i have Firmware 3.16, so may be is even more faster with 4.39 ...
Anyway, give me some time to finish some more icons,
i'll think about to share all my stuff then 😉

it'd be cool if you share the skin, i'm on the windows xsp skin at the moment and i don't like the default contacts icon which is blue and clashes with the windwos xp background
