my 7650's log became so so so slow that I fed up with it

MEMORY, for sure. Just try to delete some app. you use not so frequently and If that doesn't work make a HARD RESET.
What app have you installed recently? Some leave IMPORTANT ammount of spaced used when uninstalled. Be carefull. 😃
