That would be your MMC drive... Its mounted as the D: volume. Internal flash is C:

Wrong.

C: is internal phone memory

D: is RAM (whatever you put here is erased when the phone is switched off)

E: is MMC

Z: is ROM (cannot be modified by end-users)
