what is D: means (handy file/efileman)?

Wrong.

C: is internal phone memory

D: is RAM (whatever you put here is erased when the phone is switched off)

E: is MMC

Z: is ROM (cannot be modified by end-users)

Thanx I was just about to ask the same question and here I come turn on my PC in the morning and BOOM... my thoughts have materialized and my question is answered. WOW.
