On my old Siemens 6688 (great phone for its time--especially the MP3 player), you could set set various keys as hot keys. So if you wanted to use the calendar you could hold down number one, the calculator number 2, SMS number 6 and so on. Can this be done with the 3650. I have tried and tried but it doesn't seem to be able to work like that. Not very smart for a smartphone.
Speed Dialing Problem--Please help
The numbers are assigned to speedial numbers 2-9. 0 is assigned to go to the homepage for the current access poing and 1 is assigned to the voicemail box. The two softkeys can be assigned to certain functions of the phone.
Does it mean that these key assignments cannot be changed from speed dialing functions to be used as hot keys to get to the calender, calculator, recorder etc. They could on my Siemens 6688. And this is supposed to be a smart phone.
brands have their own specializations and limitations...and i think nokia never had that kind of function....
just add more apps to your favorites folder and assign functions to your scroll key using taskman......
Is TaskMan a third paryt app or build into the phone. I would love to assign scroll keys just like the arrow keys on the 7250. Up for cam, down for phone book, right for calendar, and left for SMS.
