Questions on Streaming Video to the 3650--A Primer Required

This may be an ignorant question but that's what these forum are partially for. Here goes:

I want to be able to use my 3650 to access a website that provides live streaming videos of sporting events, primarily baseball games (for those of you outside the United States, baseball is a sport). TO watch the games on my PC I need to have RealPlayer installed and an internet connection with a throughput of at least 350K. Will I be able to access this URL from my 3650 phone and watch the live streamed video? If no, why not? If yes, how do I do this? What settings do I need to configure on my phone etc. I really need a primer on how to connect to URL sites on my phone and treaming video possibilities. Sorry for the ignorance but I am willing to learn.

Thanks

YOU can surf the usual URL pages,JUST install OPERA.YOU also can watch online video streaming, you need to set in your 3650 proxy settings,AND YOUR PROVIDER MUST HAVE SUCH option.CAUSE IN RUSSIA there is provider MEGAFON,and he has got such function.

Megafon has streaming video??? ... well I was able to get it using Oplayer on BeeLine as well.
