Same with the first version I have a problem installing the ap over a bluetooth connection, I get a phone disconnected error wherein the phone is still connected and Remote P800 is still working etc... I have to send the ap to the phone and install it on the phone itself.

Before version 1.1, I would have the occasional and inconsistent jogdial problem that some of you mentioned (program freezes, error message). I just upgraded to the latest version. No problems seen now with the jogdial.

I agree that it still too buggy. Not only the screensaver crash problem, in FC mode, it disable the keylocks and screensaver. It can run smoothly with one song playlist and suddenly crash when playing the same song 2nd or 3rd time.

I simply switch back to Ogg Player 0.6. I think it's most comprehensive player; stable, very good use of jog dial, and hot button. Plus, it's free at the moment. Only shortcoming is the audio skips whenever you have other operations on the phone.

Hey Braindog,

Did you deleted version .0 to install .1 or installed one on top of the other.
If you deleted .0 did you loose all playlists?

and I assume your original reg. key worked with .1? no extra cost?

Hello "Me":
I uninstalled the previous version because I had it in my MS duo and reinstalled the new version in my main P800 memory. My reg code still worked, I just had to type it in again after installation.
Since I did uninstall the program (from MS duo) before reinstalling it, I lost my previous playlist.
BTW, the name is "braindoc" as in brain doctor :P

ericchu,

I have used my screensaver only once, because it uses way too much juice. The novelty of a screensaver on my phone, wore off in 5 seconds. Instread, I just set it to power-saving mode after two minutes and get 5 days battery life out of it.

If unrealplayer doesn't disable the keylock, how the devil will you be able to pause, stop, forward any songs right away? I will be pissed-off if I must unlock the phone every time I want to skip a song, or stop the player!

I don't agree with you that, because of those two reasons, you brand the player as 'buggy'.

To me it makes perfect sense the way it works....

If you want to keep the lock then just open the flip, select aplications and close it. Unreal will play hidden and the screen will lock. Of course then it will be as usefull as the inbuilt player since you'll have to unlock or open, select unreal and change volume.

Another great thing of unreal is that it's volume control is independent from the phones. The maximum volume will be whatever you select the phone's volume to be, once there you can go lower without it changing the incoming call or other media volume. So to really enjoy it make sure you set the main volume on highest and then control unreal from that point into wherever you like.

What's the problem. The app has it's own keylock in FC-mode. I thought of this as one of the main advantages of the app!
