App Closed Error

Which phone sw release? Which version of the programs? What else is running on the phone? Have you asked the Psiloc customer support (as you seem to be talking about their products)?

Or just remove it.

Guys, the idea is to avoid formatting the phone and removing software. Those are not solutions and not even alternatives and are of no help. A solution is to make the s/w package works with the existing configuration. At worst case scenario a statement from the publisher/creator that the s/w will not work thus prompting a refund.
