I'm a new member. I once found a software to convert midi to spmidi on the Nokia Forum long time ago. Unfortunately, I lost it! I want get again, but I can't find it on that site. anybody know it? Maybe you mean MIDIscale?
There is also the Nokia Sound Converter which is included in the Nokia PC Suite for various phones, if I remember well..
Thanks you very much my friend! That's it! I had got the NOKIA SUITE 5.0 long time ago, but it's for 4poly SPmidi. So i wanna a software for 16poly or more. I always use this waresoft to convert SPmidi before. It's simple and good. Can I to know where are you from? have you made ringtone at present? I'm looking forward your reply if you want! See u soon! No, I don't use this to make ringtones.. I have a 7650 (which has 24 note polyphony) so I don't care about SPMidi much. 24 is enough for most MIDI files out there. I am wondering why you would need any conversion for 16 note polyphony either, as you said! 😮
Hi, my friend! I knew NOKIA7650 for 24poly. It doesn't need to convert for SPmidi. But some mobile phones for 16poly ringtone. We just make one 16poly music file for all kinds of mobile phone that over 16poly. So I have to make a 16poly file for ringtone at least. And sometimes, it will omit some tones if use normal MIDI file for ringtone. So SPmidi for ringtone is better. And NOKIA corporation to commend SPmidi for ringtone. You just make ringtone for NOKIA7650 for yourself? you are a genius! That's grant! Thanks!
