Even after formatting (4.13) and having reinstalled All_Nokia_...sis file , the following error message appear when opening the Word application:
Application closed
Reason code : Word
Reason number : 1
Can anyone help me with this one

Have you tried to install the word application from the seperate word.sis or word processor.sis file. Maybe this might help.

Make sure you are using the correct version of the install files. There is a different version available for 4.13 from the Nokia site

Reinstalling the WORD.SIS file available on the CRrom didn't solve the problem which was finally solved by installing the latest All_nokia_9210 sis file available on NOKIA website.

Here in Malaysia when u send your phone for the upgrades they will actually give u all the new installer files on a new CD... but only if u request for it...

How bout other countries???
