Does any body knows here how to configure nokia to have another sound alarm on its clock setting. I mean you can use the built-in ringing tone for the alarm. Maveric

Get eProfiles from psiNT. That'll do it and it's really worth it! I used to wake up to that awful default alarm noise, now i wake up to Layla by Eric Clapton! 😃

I have eProfiles Pro 1.71(0), and cannot change the stupid default alarm sound.
I turn my phone off at night, and no matter which profile I have selected when I turn it off, the alarm is the default.
If I leave my phone on however, it will play the selected alternate alarm sound.
GRRRR.

I'd give it another try, I AM POSSITIVE it has that option, I USE IT! so...
I had similar trouble with eprofile. My chosen sound came on but only for half a second, late for work again! I liked the app + would have bought it if it had run without trouble. Was it anything to do with compression? Although i had the same trouble with it unpacked.

eProfiles does have the option of changing the alarm sound, but it only works if the alarm goes off while the phone is on.
If you set an alarm and turn the phone off, the alarm goes, but it's the default sound.
I never turn the phone off, so thats why it works for me. I just set a schedule in eProfiles to switch to silent profile at about midnight (my usual bedtime! 😊 ).
I find that turning the phone on/off all the time takes up more battery than if i leave it on. :-?

i have a rooster wave file for my alarm. i use smart profiles. sometimes the sound would go off for no reason. is it a bug? :-?
sProfiles from symbianware would do it...
well... the best alarm software for me is Remind Me from ximplify.it works even when i my phone is off. you can choose from any sound files you have on your phone including wav files...which is pretty neat coz wav files really sounds loud and clear...it'll really wake you up even when your in deep sleep!!! 😃
