Is R2D = R2F? I can't remember.. Hehe, someone tell me. Thanks.
Nope, R2F is R2D with a few bug-fixes

The name of the firmware is R2B. The name of the firmware is the same as the name of the organizer. There will be a lot of firmware upgrades that dont affect the phone firmware. For example, firmwares R1D, R1F, R1G all had the phone as R1D, but there was a ton of differences and bugfixes on each of them. In my opinion, R1G was the first stable firmware.

The difference between phone r2d and r2f has to do with providers and not bugfixes. The US version of R2B still has the phone at R2D, where the European version has the phone at R2F.

Phone SW load module version: R2F
Phone SW load module version: R2D (not updated for P800 [AE/XL/CF])
Bluetooth SW load module:R5A
PDA load module version: R2B03
CDA load module version: R4A02

Both loads, have the exact same bug fixes.
