About a month ago i bought handy day...but just a few days ago the email that i used to buy the handy day is lost...i don't now maybe gone for good...hell the problem is that i can't get the serial number for the upgrade for handy day 3.0....so i beg you all...can you spare me a serial number...for the upgrader...i'll depend to you all...thanx

Same thing happened to me. I just emailed them and gave them my Phone's IMEI and they got back to me with the serial.
Suggest you do the same
Alas...thanx for the reply though....but to tell you the truth...my P800 was broken the other day...so i get the replacement...and you know...The IMEI Number is also new...So you know...even if i send them my IMEI number they will not believe me...vtr...you know i hate to do this but i really need the serial number because without it my handy day won't work...and all my data is in it...can't use it without the serial number...can i please ask for your serial number ?...i really need it...please...thanx
vtr is right. If you have purchased the progy from them, they should be able to help you. But you said, upgrader? If you are upgrading, I don't think you need a serial number. It will just update certain files in the program.
that goes for all companies, when ever you loose your serial number, all you have to do is e-mail them with your info and they will provide you with your key, it's in their DB.
Yes ofcourse the upgrader doesn't need a serial number...that works for the first upgrader to version 2.6...but id you want to use the upgrader to version 3.0, they ask for the serial number...really....

I don't think it's right to share a serial number with others, that represents owner's PERSONAL information and the COPYRIGHT protection for Epocware.
I have the same problem that couldn't get the serial number, they will ask you WHERE did you buy, WHEN did you buy, some proof of purchase like phone's IMEI, purchase invoice, email confirmation etc... They have their ways on tracking your purchase. If you just purchase a month ago, I don't see any problem as long as you can give Epocware some hints.
Besides, you can always UNINSTALL the upgrade and go back to the Handy Day 2.6 without losing any of your precious information. That's also what I did while waiting for the serial number for about a week.
