For point 9 I vote for Domi's FExplorer. It's one heck of an app despite being free.
Doris is very slow and doesnt work on most sites. Webviewer and Opera are fast. Opera displays pages much better than Webviewer, but requires a lot of memory (still great on most pages I surf on). If you only want to read some text from the pages, Webviewer will do fine.
