Exist some app. which can logging (counting) outgoing call minutes?
i need counting free minutes on weekend and on week in peak hours and off-peak hours.
because i have calling free minutes from my mobile operator

btw: i have tested app. named CallCounter - but this app is totaly shit and very bugged.

If such program were ever written it would have to be very customizeable. For example a local carrier here Beeline offers all it's plans with two variations. They have per second billing but for cheaper plans it starts with the 61st second (so you pay for at least 1 minute) but for serveral more buckaroos a month you can get per second billing starting with the 1st second. You need to get the app to recognize all sorts of details... very complicated and very difficult to thing of all of this. Not to mention all the different weekends and holidays and day/night hour combinations.
