Soft Task-Manager Reset Causes Problem - Ideas?

5 replies · 2,588 views · Started 21 July 2002

Just recently, when I reset my machine with Task Manager, I get a 'SIM Card Not Accepted' message on the phone-side.

Any ideas why this would be?

Not sure if it is the same problem, but take a look at the thread below.

Hi,

I don't really think it has got anything to do with the application...
coz our communicators are well known for the lousy simcard slot...
before i even got the task manager i have faced this kinda problem several times...

the solution??? like what whiplash suggested, try adjusting the simcard... or if needed, just put a little piece of paper to support it...

😃 yeah i know, this way sucks!!!

Don't now about you're problem, maybe the answer is the same to my problem.
If my pda side is fully boted and i haven't loged in to my phone side yet, I get the login on the pda. Nomal so far, but none of them work .. they jsut crash after hitting enter.

something is wrong between my sim and the phone. 😊
