9210i: Using IR port to connect via a 3650 to use GPRS?

Look at the Nokia 9200 section of

http://www.psiloc.com/

It is "Extended Internet" the software that allows the use of an external phone.

But I don't know if the Nokia 3650 is compatible. Download it, you can try it during the 14 days of free tryal. Or ask its support.

Good luck,

Roberto

if ur connecting via gprs and using only a wap gateway you cant, believe me, i tried... but if you were to make it work, post your solution here.

:P I have a friend that uses Einternet with his 8310 for the GPRS... shouldnt be any prob with 3650 i guess...

3650 with 9210 ? no, only files, but not to connect using IR in order to use GPRS on 9210, because i tried to connect 7650 and it is IMpossible. I tried with 6510 and it works, but only with 6510 and i suppose 8310.

My eInternet is working fine, while i connect it to my pc or to my 7650. Try to connect your communicator by ras with the pc dial up. Check www.Nokiafree.Org there are some people who know how to connect it with 3650,too. I found how to do it there. Or send me pm. jojo

Looks like the Extended Internet software works to IR connect to a GPRS phone , Can you use it without having your SIM card in the Comunicator but just in the GPRS phone?
