Yeah I know, not very interesting... I just wanted someone to know I've been walking (on the South Downs in the UK), did about 40 miles in two days (and another 5 today). I now have sore feet.

Interesting eh?

Ohhhh Cool ....

Welcome back from the trail boss ... 😃

Hiking is always a good way to spend some time ... Specialy in beautyful british surroundings 😉.
I strongly recomend the Isle of Skye for a hike . 😃
LOVELY LOVELY ....One almost expect to bump into a Druid there..
Also a 50m rope and a climbing rack is also nice to have at hand there..
Shame distance is so great, otherwise I might strap on da olboot and hike along with ya 😃
Best hike I ever had was in Ireland ..From Calway up to small town Clifden on the wast coast ....2 weeks ...1 zillion blisters ... But damm it was worth it 😃 .Conamara is one heck of a landscape

Well ... I just hope those ER6 powered feet are not to messed up ...

Galway to Clifden - that's a long way... I've biked around in that area.. Galwy to Westport via Clifeden and Inishboffin and it is a really nice place to go...

Denmarks good too though... might be vsiting later this year to look at off shore windfarms (part of my proper work! 😉 ).

I've always been intrigued by british/scottish country sides.
I'll get there once 😊 Don't care were exactly, it just have to be green 😉

I'm really in holiday mood now, just went biking(the old folks way with the girlfriend) for some miles, first weekend with some real sun, finally the summer is here 😊

And welcome back 😉

Oh man...

U guys are so lucky!!! It's pretty hot here in Malaysia...what would u expect from a hot ASIAN country??? to do what u guys did is like walking around the garden of sauna... CYCLING??? oh man, that was 10 years ago when i got no driving license... heheheh...

My car is 2 damn hot 😛 Cycling has just something relaxing in the summer 😊 Easier to spot pubs 😉

A bleedin' sight more interesting than my weekend, that's for sure.

I went into hospital on Thursday for some routine day surgery (cortico-steroid nerve block injections into the cervical spinal gap and surrounding area - to offer pain relief from a 6 car M25 pile up 4 years ago which has left me with 2 prolapsed discs high in the neck together with neuropathic pain caused by trauma to nerve endings in the same region). Got back honme that night and didn't get out of bed until Monday morning.

The being in bed bit might sound great, apart from the fact that I was in agony - wearing a stiff surgical collar in the cloying heat - and unable to get out and enjoy the sun in the gardens here.

Now I am in catch up mode, working twice as hard to clear the backlog, and it is still sunny and hot outside (although the storms from last night are due back again later) whilst I sit in my office at home looking out on the kids in the garden, the horses in the filed, the sheep in the field beyond that.

I just want to fling my clothes off and go running outside naked.

Hmmm, probably best that I am too busy then. I am not a pretty sight naked - 6 foot 2 and 220 pounds of shaven headed, tatooed and pierced weirdo kind of looks out of place in my small village at the best of times it has to be said. 😉
