You'll need winrar to uncompress

[Edited by Raven]:

Sorry but I don't know if this is a legal beta. And until this app can be proved legitimate, I won't allow any uploading or linking to it.

To use the app you will need R2A or newer firmware otherwise you get the

EcamCompatibility problem (like me)

Whoa! I love the app. I got here just before Raven was kind enough to remove it... 😃

You can only record 10 seconds and the quality is kind of what I expected, but still I love it. You can even send it allready (Via IR, BT, E-mail or MMS) although it's only still version 0.1! You can watch them with both the app and the normal Video player!

P.S. Any idea why Philips made this app??? Perhaps they're working on a UIQ phone themselves...

Sorry for the links. Just wanted to share this app all have been waiting for.. The about section says its from Philips..

zedd,

It's nice of you to share, and again I'm sorry for having to remove the link, I know it's going to make me unpopular as hell.. :P

Do you have a link to the author of the app or something that can prove it's legit?

sorry but the link doesnt work, could u pls repost , tks

The link doesn't work, since the moderators delete the links... So if he were to repost it, it would be gone within a couple of minutes again...

I guess this means there's gonna be a lot of PM'ing 😃 😉

Ok.. It is in fact by Philips no doubt.

ok if the link in your own forum is vobiten so look at www.REMOVEDor the same here REMOVED :black: 😮

dane,

I think I made myself pretty clear about not linking to this app, and you don't seem to care about the forum rules, so this time you get a warning. Keep it up and you will get banned.

Yes, so it seems, but there's no download of this P800 Beta Camcoder app on Philips' site, therefore we can only assume that this is a leaked Beta NOT meant for public release yet. - Which makes it WAREZ, and that is not tolerated on this forum, so PLEASE DON'T LINK TO, UPLOAD OR USE THE PM FUNCTION TO SHARE THIS APP.

THE USERS THAT DON'T FOLLOW THE FORUM RULES WILL BE ISSUED A WARNING - AFTER 3 WARNINGS YOU ARE BANNED FROM THIS SITE.

Also keep in mind that PM's are checked on a regular basis for warez sharing.

Only the admins can do that. Searching for certain strings of words, like "warez", "cracks" and "hacks" etc, as well as some popular apps etc..

It's not like they read through all the PM's. It's clearly stated in the forum rules that using this forum for sharing illegal software is not allowed - and the PM system is a part of this forum.

😮 Come on you guys. Is nothing private anymore...

I always accepted the rules, but I personally think you moderators have gone a bit over board with this. And if this opinion gives me a warning as well, I don't even care anymore...
And if this opinion gives me a warning as well, I don't even care anymore...
I think you are overreacting a bit here, Delta737. You can of course freely express your opinions, just don't SHARE any illegal software etc.

I just want to state that I agree with Raven.Checking PM's for warez is one way of keeping the forum clean.I'm pretty sure that no one reads your PM's directed to some forum member from the opposite sex 😃

Yes PM's are read. And it explains this in the forums rules that you agreed to on signing up. No I dont spend all my time reading PM messages, its just the occasional sweep to make sure people aren't abusing the system.
