Whenever i click on bluetooth it just says 'system error'! Is there anyway to completely reset the phone and get it working again?

Uh!It was a common error on early 7650 releases. It was usually fixed by geting a replacement i'm afraid 😞 If your phone is under warranty take it to the nearest NSC and be tough. They will try to stall as much as possible 😊

You can do a hard reset by typing *#7370# although i doubt it will help.Hard Reset will delete all data on the phone.

the only way is to reprogram the phone. Not reset the phone my pressing *#7370# will spoilt the mmc card

stanley, why did you issuse the report for,and i didn't understand your post either, what do you mean by reprogram? If he wants to do a hard reset and not lose data on the MMC he can just remove it.

Spoil MMC?? How?

I experienced that problem with my first 3650, with firmware 1.3 something... I just had it replaced, one with 2.50 firmware. Bluetooth is now working.

Hard reset can spoil the MMC? I don't think so... doing the hard reset won't even erase the data on your MMC.
