Probably a bit late now, but remove battery, SIM, MMC, covers. Take it to the nearest phone repair shop; they should have ultrasound(?) drying equipment for this kind of purposes.

If it was in the water long, it may also be too late.

If it was salt water, then it is probably even worse.

You can also try to let it dry it yourself and, with luck, that'll be enough.

ok, u have some ways u can try.

open the phone with a torx-6. keep attention on all.
try to remove all from the "motherboard" and put the "mb" into 2-propanol alcohol. let it in for 24 hours. u can get the alc in the drugstores or where u get medicine. i cant remember the name of them.

now try to clean the "mb" with the thing where u clean ur tooth. it must be soft. keep also here attention.

after that u must put it on the heat?! (sorry im up now for 20 hours and my english goes woers) for 4 hours. bedder 24 hours in a shirt or something like that.

after that puzzle it together and plug the battery in. turn it on and be happy. but i dont know, how the display is looking after the water .....

ROFL That is a masterpiece... no offense. The thing where I clean my tooth is usually the bathroom over the sink.

:angel: use boil water boil it is the cheapest and most reliable way. After boil for 1 minute at boiling pt, use hair dryer for 20 second and let it naturally cool down. then u test it. it should be fine.
