bluetooth activation in 7650 for mobile use

Hmm... Could you try to explain in different terms what, exactly, you want done? At least I do not understand the question (or, namely, what "activating" in this context and especially what doing it with Bluetooth means).

I think you're dreaming there, buddy. You can't 'call' someone over Bluetooth. You can send notes/photos though.

If you were to call somone over BT they would have to be quite close to establish a BT connection, close enough to speak to them in the normal way in fact!
