new firmware 05.06 is it true?

Can anyone confirm this 5.56 rumour and what Firmware version is currently available in the UK? Does anyone know how many NSC centres there are in the UK and how i can go about finding the nearest one to me. Ive tried searching about but it looks like its gonna need a call to nokia and id rather avoid that if possible :x

Yes it's true i already have 5.06v (firmware) i'm from the philippines i got it from SEMICON but i don't know what's the doffrence between my old 4.39 to 5.06

5.06 is also available in Singapore.. at the Nokia Care Centre n Parkway, at least
