Here's how you fix your phone:
On the main screen type *#7370#, you will then be asked for a code, type in 12345 then quickly press ok, don't read, just press ok...now when it starts doing something....quickly pull out the battery....hey presto...it's fixed.

what puzzles me is how a guest can post when guest posts are dissabled in waffle!! or did i miss summat?
