Auto time update

Anyone tried enabling the auto time update option in the clock setting? Is it working? Where's the time update coming from?

The time is received from the servers on the cellular operators network.

However, even if the phone has support for this feature, it doesn't mean that all operators have it enabled (and it is even a possibility that the network might not even be sending/setting the correct date/time on your phone, if the feature is opeating incorrectly on the network side).

So, in other words, ask your operator's customer service whether they support it or not. If not, you might just as well keep it turned off.

Thanks for the info! Think I'll stick to checking the time on my own once in a while...

the auto time update comes from you computer, it updates every time when a 3650 is connected to the PC.

Actually check N/A's post. The time comes from your Network Service Provider that is if the provider has that feature enabled. Most that I have used do not.
