most importantly, u hafta make sure its the right version for your firmware... lotsa ppl facing problem due to older version been installed to the latest firmware... (like myself, i dont use the installer CD anymore coz its not suitable for my upgraded firmware...) then after that... reinstall the video player...
i just have one question...how do i knw the firmware version that will be suitable for my 9210? mine is version 3.62...how do i knw if the videoplayer is indeed meant for this version..im just using the CD installer that came with it...
If you haven't upgraded your firmware then you should be able to use the video player from your CD. Just in case you can go to the Nokia Support pages and download the player again from firmware 3.54/3.62 section
http://www.nokia.com/phones/productsupport/9210/downloads_sw_354_362.html
(there is as well one section for 4.13, which you should not use).
Before installing format your MMC card and hopefully this time it'll work.
Re-install the Video play and recorder - this SHOULD solve the problem.
