MMS attachments smaller in size?

I downloaded the newest version of FExplorer.sis and on my desktop computer it shows it to be 30 kb in size.

When I send it as an email attachment to my phone via MMS it shows up as 119 B in size on my 3650. When I go to my manager to try and install the .sis file it's listed as 1 kb in size.

My thinking is the full .sis file is 30 kb in size but for some reason my provider (T-Mobile here in the US) is dropping or doing something to the attachment. So would the 1 kb .sis file listing in my manager be an indication of a corrupt or partial file download?

Can anyone confirm that the .sis file size should be 30 kb before it's installed onto the 3650?

The .sis file should be the same size on your PC as on your phone. Simply put the attachment somehow got mangled in the transfer. If you have the capacity try to email it to yourself.
