3650 does suffer from memory leaks. To release that memory you must reboot the phone... just like Windows.
The software you install does not take up memory unless it is running in the background. Things such as screen saver, extended profiles do. Things like games don't .

I also suffer from "lack of memory". I cannot send an email, cannot download an email, have problems sending and receiving SMS, etc.
