my only complain about N3650, its the polyphonic sounds. its the only mobile phone with the lowest sound of midi files.
I put some of polyphonics sounds, and none of them could make a sound that i could hear on another room. Ive configured all well, to the maximum volume. The strange is, when im configuring profiles, and choose one midi file, then the sound is louder. but when i make OK, and return to standby mode, and try to make a call, the sound is so low.
How can Nokia, make a phone with this capacity and this horrible polyphonic sounds? its the worst i ever hear.

try using ringtone studio and edit the ringtone vol again to its max or try changing the instruments playback, personally i find horn instrument can enhance the ringtone making it very loud even on a busy st.

HAVE YOU TRIED USING .WAV TONES? THEY ARE REALLY LOUD. WHEN MY FONE RING'S IN WORK THE WHOLE OFFICE CAN HEAR IT & WE'VE GOT INDUSTRIAL SCANNERS & PHOTOCOPIERS RUNNING CONSTANTLY IN THE OFFICE!!!! I KNOW THEY EAT SPACE BUT THEY'RE WORTH IT. REAL MUSIC AS TONES THAT ARE LOUD AS HELL.

I have the same problem exactly! Not even with wav files... the sound is just $#*"&$...
