i want v3,16 for nokia 3650

can somebody help me regarding to my problem..

were can i find this firmware v3.16 for nokia 3650 coz i have only v2.50 i want to upgrade this ... do you now somewebsite that can be download this firmware..
coz my answering machine cannot work... so would you plssss. help me..

this is

1. stupid - any nokia service centre will do the update

2. illegal - firmware is not public domain

3. dangerous - if you wreck your mobile while flashing, you will loose everything. and you will need special hardware to be able to do a flash.

Only Siemens has been making firmware update available to the public and has provided them in a form that everyone with a data cable and a windows-pc can do them.

if you can provide proof of purchase & the phone is still in warranty then most nokia service centres will do the upgrade for free.
