Message Alarm

Hi
My phone doens�t give me the receiving message alarm sound. I�ve configured on profiles the right mid. sound to message, but it don�t play none. Anyone have the same problem?

WHAT PROFILE ARE YOU USING? YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RINGING VOLUME UP. WHEN YOU LOWER THE RINGING VOLUME IT ALSO LOWERS THE MESSAGE ALERT VOLUME.

it�s in maximum volume. and i�ve got the correct profile activated

have you tried doing a reset on your phone? take the battery out of your phone while it's still switched on, leave the battery out for around 30 seconds. then put the battery back in & try it. this might not work but it's the only other thing i can think of.
