Sorry if this has been asnwered before but I tried searching and found no answer. Is there any way (including 3rd party apss) which will allow to store contacts on the memory stick.

Don't think so.
Contact.cdb need to be in the internal memory. It's how symbian OS work in our phone. And thur' internal memory also.. it's load faster than external memory.
