when i open settings > phone > general
& settings > security settings > phone and sim
the phone displays system error
those are the only two items that have system errors
so i tried formatting using *#7370# it asks me if i want to restore all original phone settings and that the phone will restart and i answer yes then i enter the security code. but it only acts as if the phone if restarted all settings, programs , contacts , everything is still unchanged.
I Need som help!!!
