what format can ngage play?.3gp of coz, and rm?
why i cant play the matrix.rm which i downloaded from a yahoo group. it says invalid format..

Hey i think i got the same film, but i havent had chance to check it yet. You sure u hav all the parts? the one i have has 10 parts to it.

Also check to make sure all the settings are as they shud be. Open it in realone player and go to file properties or something like that, and itll tell ya the frame rate , bitrate etc.

The one ive got did say it was for the 3650, not sure if theres a difference, so maybe that the reason it wont work.

i just wanna ask is their problems with the ngage as i recently went to virgin megastore to try it out but for some reason it was switched off and when i asked the assistant to turn it on he did but even he couldn't get it working to play a game all that appeared on screen was a symbol like the one that appears when it is charging and there were five ngages on display all with this symbol i then asked the assistant about this problem and he says they were all faulty is this true or is there a reason for this and could you explain as i am wanting an ngage for christmas and dont want it being a problem through the holidays.

maybe it just had no battery life left but because i didnt get to try it should i still invest in getting one

More likely the assistant was being an arse and refusing to show you the phone. The phone's amazing and has no major faults, as far as ive found, and is well worth getting!

Ok i am asking the professional media player for the n-gage having a capability of adjusting the following.

HUE
SATURATION
BRIGHTNESS
CONTRAST
---------------
BASS
TREBBLE
LEVEL (L + R)

I can compromise with audio - No big deal, BUT please let me know if any player has a capability to adjust colors for the movie which we are watching, because in day light while watching in a movie .............. you know what I mean ..........

how to make .rmvb movie to play on the ngage?
use Helix Producer? seems that rmvb is a invalid format to convert.

Never tried a .rmvb file meself. You could try renaming the file name to .rm. if that dont work then try using the .rm editor program that comes with helix, youll probably be able to convert it to .rm.

if possible any body can post a little movie of any film 1 mb, so i can download in my n-gage or view it in my PC. (movie with subtitles will be appreciated). or PM me the link..........

This is just to see how the conversions you have made and how it looks in n-gage and give details about conversion in PC.

I RECENTLY CONVERTED A SIMPSONS EPISODE WITH HELIX PRODUCER PLUS AND TRIED IT IN MY NGAGE IT WORKED ON REAL ONE PLAYER LIKE A CHARM BUT THE PROBLEM IS AFTER ABOUT 2 MINUTES OF THE VIDEO PLAYING IT STOPS I DONT KNOW THE REASON FOR THIS AS I TRIED PLAYING THE CLIP ON REAL ONE PLAYER ON MY COMPUTER AND IT PLAYS THE WHOLE EPISODE DOES ANY ONE KNOW THE REASON FOR THIS.

there must be an error in the video you converted. Or make sure there arent any other apps open at the same time

Yea the settings shud be the same, except possibly the screen size, (not sure if its any bigger).

Nope the basic version doesnt allow you to convert to real media 8 which is necessary. Use Nokia multimedia converter instead.
