How do other phones deal with notes written by the standard 7650 'Notes' application? Any known incompatibilities?

A text note is recognized only by other Series60 phones! The most compatible thing to send is a ...contact! 😊 This is accepted by all phones, although some will not display/accept all the contact details (e.g. notes fields). Some phones will show you the message origin (series 60 ones), but on most it will be anonymous!

There is a new prank fashion based on this ability, which is called "bluejacking". Tou can find some info here. I have "studied" the behaviour of most BT phones in the market, you could ask here if you need specific info.
