I was browsing through a photo gallery of the 7650 today and i noticed a few screen shots taken from some very promising looking games. A search for them on google didn't help much though. Has anyone seen these games before? They are called;
Racing Fever Delux
Dino Racer
Karate
I'd love to try them out if anybody knows where I can download them from.

Nah that's a 2D one 😞 was almost excited there, but nevermind. Looks kinda like a clone of outrun, should tell you where to find it in the article really. Try e-mailing them and asking where to find em.
To be fair, an into the screen Outrun/Chequered Flag clone is (IMO) just 3-d. 2d would mean top down a la Super Sprint. Not true 3d, and certainly not 3d when programming, just a fake 2.5D, rather like 3G!
I'd look at it that a 3D game would make use of 3D models and similar 3D world coding, that is simply 2D designed to trick the eye, an overlay of sprites and simple 2D gfx to pretend it is 3D. DOOM I'd class as 2.5D as it's a 3D world but with 2D sprites instead of 3D models. That said for the difinative opinion we'd have to go back to 1987 when Outrun was released to see if it was flogged as 2D or 3D or ignored.
I emailed the maker of Karate program and they don't sell direct, only through the operator where the operator will choose to allow which one to download.
Bit sucky, no?
Operators are loosing money hand over fist because of the 3G licencing issues, so I suspect while you may get one free, you should be able to purchase the others from your Telco.
And it maybe sucky, bu that's what the programmer was paid for - the program - not a guarantee of release or anything like that.
TBH I think that's a bloody stupid system but hey, that's life.
