thank you all for your supporting thougths... my country lost hundered thousands of people on terrorism on last 15-18 years... and all my people hate terrorism in any way. as everybody says in my country we won`t even try to understand what they want to say using terrorism. even they are figting for a good reason for themselves... terrorism is a bloody shit... it does not look peoples race, gender, age, religion, job... it is a rage on innocent people and anyone in the world who are doing such a thing cannot be human...
SAbz911; thank God i don`t have anyone involved in this sick attack. but i feel the pain in my heart everytime i saw someone on tv injured or died as it happened to me or someone oo near to me...

Practically every human being will agree that it's sad when 'innocent' people have to suffer/be the victim for other peoples causes/wars, but I have to say I'm not at all surprised to see this rage against the USA and their allies happening, I think it was just a matter of time. these terrorist groups cannot all these by themselves... not so much before, during the cold war USA uses all these men against Russia ( just look at Rambo III... years ago they fight together, years later they call them evil...) i am not agreeing BUSH politics. nearly none of them... i don`t agree a war in i,Iraq, i don`t agree Iran must be the new target, I don`t believe the peace of world lies in the hands of USA.I don`t agreeTurkish Troops must go to Iraq, or somewhere else to die for USA politics...
but some powers feeding these groups. and some powers got happy all these happenings... it is not simply like it seems. Extreme Muslim groups got angry with USA and they are fighting against USA and their allies... Not that simple...

i live in kuwait and am a musilim and would just like to point out a couple of things:
1.the so called "muslim" terrirorist are not muslims in any way and everybody here knows that
2.all the terriorost are going to hell
3.killing innocent ppl is forbidden in islam
4.islam is not telling us to go and kill ppl but to bring them together
5.islam in arabic means peace

i am a Muslim too, and like every religion over the world, Islam is not telling people kill somebody. Islam forbids any kind of harm to living things... Not only people, harming a plant without a reason is a great sin, because we are not created that and we don`t have any right to destroy it... I don`t like categorizing people as their rages/religions or anything else... i agree every word you said Ismail, thanks for mentioning these...

Terrorism is a word that can be used in so many ways. I believe the USA are terrorists as well. Just because they have a country and soldiers doesnt make them legal.

I am Greek and lived in Germany for 10 years. Even though Greece and Turkey arent the best friends on the planet, my best friend, when I was a child, was Turkish. I have great sympathy for the Turkish people and I didnt like what happend at all. But instead of blaming the terrorists, blame your politicians (in case of Turkey, your Military) which did send troops to Iraq. That is the only reason for this attacks. They attack countries that are involved in the Iraq war and I cannot blame them for reacting....however I dont agree that killing innocent people is going to do any good.

You said that you dont agree with sending your children to fight for USA in Iraq....if you dont agree.......they dont either...

Some months back....I have been criticised for my views on the Iraq war....because I didnt want a war....a lot of people told me then about weapons of mass desctruction and some other bull***...

I heared people saying "Nuke Them", Sadam has chemical weapons etc and should be killed etc.

Well.....the only people that were killed were innocent peolpe...isnt that terrorism?

I hope that nothing like this will ever happen again...but I am sure it will. God bles the souls of those who died...which ever god that is!

first of all i want to say something... i don`t have any problems abou any country`s people or any race... please first know that.
MaleBuffy; as you said i have very very good friends in Greece. and again real close friends in here Istanbul, who are Greek... i don`t blame any Greek people what happened n the history. and i don`t think all the greece hates Turks and blame us for history. Yes i can`t say all people in both countries think like that, but in every country there are these kind of people, it is somehing you or i cannot change.
first we don`t send any troops to Iraq after war... first when they want troops and opening the military bases to them, our parliament rejects all of these. and choose to stay out of the war. but there is a war happening near by you and you don`t know if it will spread your boundaries...so parliament told army to be ready. and the purpose of the army to protect the country in any condition without questioning...
after the war, when it started US troops started to die and die everyday, USA wanted troops from us. i still think that sending them to Iraq is not a good decision. even as our troops trying to stabilize the chaos in the Iraq which is caused by USA... I still think they have to stabilize themselves as Iraq... no other forces could do that. if someone should do this, i think Turkish troops are better than US troops. because US troops don`t know the culture, don`t know the people, don`t know Islam, don`t know Iraq and Iraqi people... we are neighbours Iraq and in the old days (ols Ottoman days) we live together. if you don`t believe aout this living together thing, think hat we are neighbours for years. we both Muslim countries... so our cultures look like a bit...
but this terrorist attacks are not something like a reaction to all of these... Turkey is the only country which is Muslim secular and democratic. Turkey is like a bridge between western world eastern Muslim world. these people who don`t want Turkey become more democratic and stable over the world... because they think if they can pull Turkey to themselves and make Turkey believe in ttheir ideology they will have caslte in their war to the world. they believe they can do such a stupid thing by doing these terrorist attacks. it is over something as people talk today. as i said it is not that simple.

CNN is live from over a tank, and they are broadcasting the war as a movie. i think that was the weirdest thing of the war... (but not the sickest... the war itself a sick thing).
if you say these "You said that you dont agree with sending your children to fight for USA in Iraq....if you dont agree.......they dont either..." this after some Turkish Troops killed in Iraq when they are fighting with US troops, i can say you can be right... but the people who died are mohers, fathers,bus drivers, children, students, police officers and other innocent people... not people who are fighting in another country.

Everyone has his right for his own opinion. However, sometimes ones opinion is offensive to another person. There is a fine line between having an opinion and being offensive. R there still people that think the WAR in Iraq was a good thing?

9/11 is a result of many many many years` faults and wrong politics... There is a phrase in Turkish which nearly noone accepts... this is the failure of the politics using the wrong guys for wrong purposes. 9/11 chanced lots of things. a global terror storm started at that day. but it is not the starting of the whole things. this minds have been washed for many many years, now they are here, killing people... and i don`t know when it will end. i hope it will end as soon as possible... i wish it will be sooner that i`ve wish....

It can never be finished - there has to be 'evil' in this world to keep a a balance. It does not matter who the 'evil' is, innocent lives will always be lost - or there is no 'evil'.

If the world was rid of 'evil' tomorrow what would happen??

'evil' = governments, terrorists, rapists, thieves, liars, cheats and the list goes on and on and on.

There are more people killed every day by 'evil' acts by individuals than there ever are by terrorists and war - you can not win.

i do not condone terrorism in any way but it's a sad fact that sometimes in order to acheive a true peace, acts of terrorism are needed to get things started.

i live in northern ireland.
for 30 years we have had the "one side against the other" problem. people were living in fear of their neighbours.
all this because of religion & government. each side fighting for their own cause.

over the years there have been many atrocities & countless innocent people killed but it has all had a purpose.
now both sides sit together in a devolved government, working for peace. life in northern ireland has changed dramatically in the last 10 years

now both sides are now learning to live together, human rights issues have been settled, the acts of terrorism have almost completely ended. life is almost normal.

to sum it all up. no-one deserves to die. peace can be achieved without death. all you need is to talk to each other.

I must say that my life has changed since mom is gone and it will never be the same. All I can say that politics religion, country shouldnt make a difference if human life is the matter.
As you can see, by using the name "Islam" and "Muslim" they are slaughtering people. I still cant understand why the countries politicians are not getting together to organise a team or an army to get rid of these creatures.

What ever, nothing will bring my mom back so there is no need to talk and think about it more...

No one is innocent. But that does not mean you go killing people. The law should be enforced and the guilty punnished
