How to make my own themes?

Is there a software i can use to make my own themes? I am a photoshop user on a Windows XP Home/Pro OS.

Wud gr8ly apprcte suggestions!

NOKIA has just release this kind software and it's free but it runs only on Windows 2000.

that nokia series 60 has great potential, but it runs very slow on winXP (compatibility mode)...

if you just want a quick way to edit/make themes, get mbmwhizzard, its free.

another option would be the 6600 theme editor, but you have to buy it.....if you search hard enough maybe you can find one floating around.... 😊

The nokia editor is FREE also so go for that one. And for the crappy italian one you can get a crack so you wont pay for it. And if you pay you might not get the code, many here has said that they havent got the registration code yet.

Should I just go for the Nokia editor or is it worth searching for mbmwhizzard?
